Key duties of this position will include key management of several major accounts, as well as the development of new relationships both regionally within NSW and Nationally. This role has been ear marked to develop into a National BDM role that will offer a high earning potential and the scope to develop
Some key skills that our client is looking for in successful candidates are:
A minimum of five years sales and business development experience, with some exposure in directly managing a team. Experience in account & new business management experience will be highly thought of, alongside a track record of dealing with a large number of prospects and proposals at any one time. Technical Engineering experience in water systems and wastewater treatment will be beneficial, as well as strong presentation and communication skills
This is an opportunity to work with a global organisation that has firmly established itself in the Australian market. You will be working with an established management team, that will provide a platform for this role to develop from a regional to a national position supplying to a wide range of clients in varied industries. The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and the pre-existing networks the successful candidate has, however it will be generous - our client is known for paying above market rates to reward its high achieving team. The package will be made of base, super, car and a bonus structure
