I have a solution to remove the NDIS driver.
Once removed from Device manager and the system is rebooted I found that any network issues found were fixed.
In regedit navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-B FC1-08002BE10318}
Do a search in regedit from this point for McAfee NDIS Intermediate driver
In the item view the Characteristics value.
Change Characteristics with the value of 0x00000029(41) to 0x00000001(1)
Go back into Device Manager and remove the NDIS Driver as normal. Reboot the system.
Please do the above at your own risk.
Good luck
