business: Unblock from MXlogic ban list

Hi all,

We have a mail server in our company.

Currently, we have the bellow issue when sending emails to customer using MXlogic.

http://mcafeesews.com/postmaster

We don't spam at all. How could we get unblock from the list?

Asking the customer to unblock may be a nuisanse for both.
