"EE050002 Unknown User" error when user enters user name in the EndPoint Authentication screen.
Go to ePO, click Menu, Data Protection, Ecryption Users. Select the machine in question. Click Action, Endpoint Encryption and View Users. Is the account still assigned to the machine?
Restart your machine again to trigger the event to add users back to the machine. When you the position of the machines is changed in the ePO-Tree and the policy inheritance is another. McAfee have hundreds of thousands of customers and they make the encryption used by the HP Protect Tools.
If you are getting mcafee blocking google chrome issue then you should go to the firewall settings and then choose google chrome option and select full acces.
